BARREL ZINC PLATING
Barrel zinc plating is used to plate small diverse parts from fasteners to metal stampings. The parts are placed on mass inside a perforated, rotating barrel plating up to 50 kg at a time.
The main benefit of barrel plating parts is that it is a more economical way of depositing zinc on small parts as barrel lines have the capacity to plate large quantities quickly.
Our barrel zinc plating solutions are acid chloride based and which provide a high plating efficiency, improved low current density throw and excellent bright deposits.
Barrel zinc plated parts are able to be passivated in all our finishes. |
